Everything you need to know about shopping on Horizn.

How long will my order take to arrive?+
Delivery across India takes 5–7 business days after dispatch. We dispatch within 1–2 business days. You'll get a tracking link the moment it ships.
Do you charge for shipping?+
Free shipping on every order. No minimum order value. No hidden charges at checkout.
Do you deliver to my city?+
Yes — we deliver pan-India, including Tier 2, Tier 3 cities and remote pin codes. If unsure, message us before ordering.
How do I track my order?+
Once dispatched, you'll get a tracking link via SMS and email. If there's no update within 3 days of ordering, contact us immediately.
Can I pay Cash on Delivery?+
Yes, COD is available across India. Pay cash to the delivery person at your doorstep — no advance payment needed.
What other payment options are available?+
We accept UPI (GPay, PhonePe, Paytm), debit cards, credit cards, and net banking — all major Indian payment methods.
Any discount for paying online?+
Yes! Use code PAYUPI40 at checkout to get ₹40 off when you pay via UPI or card.
Is it safe to pay on Horizn?+
Completely. All payments are encrypted through trusted gateways. We never store your card or UPI details.
What if I don't like the product?+
We have a 7-day no-questions refund policy. Contact us within 7 days of delivery — full refund or replacement, your choice.
My item arrived damaged. What do I do?+
Email hello@horizn.store with your order number and a photo. We'll send a replacement or refund within 24 hours of hearing from you.
Do I need to return the product?+
For most orders under ₹1,500 — no return required. We process your refund or send a replacement without asking you to ship anything back.
How quickly will I get my refund?+
Within 3–5 business days after approval. COD refunds go to your bank or UPI. Prepaid refunds return to your original payment method.
Can I cancel my order?+
Yes — only before dispatch. Email us at hello@horizn.store with your order number right away. Once dispatched, we can't cancel but you can return after delivery.
I entered the wrong address. Can I change it?+
Email us immediately. If your order hasn't dispatched yet, we can update it. We can't change addresses after dispatch.
My order hasn't arrived in 7 days. Help?+
Check your tracking link first. If tracking hasn't updated in 48 hours, email us and we'll investigate and resolve it for you.
Are the products on Horizn genuine?+
Yes. Every product is sourced from verified suppliers and reviewed before listing. We only sell things we'd personally recommend.
What does Horizn sell?+

A product I want is out of stock. What now?+
Email us at hello@horizn.store with the product name. We'll notify you when it's back or suggest a similar alternative.
